I have had zero problems with it; the setup to use is all easy and intuitive. It can print copy scans from my phone or my computer. I can scan directly to my laptop or any other device that I had the Epson software set up. The creative ability to pour ink directly into the printer itself rather than buy cartridges and potentially save money.
